Our location is one of our most outstanding features, we are steps from the old town and the picturesque port, a must-see during your stay. In our surroundings you will find a varied offer of local food restaurants with fresh fish and seafood, international food restaurants, a wide range of leisure activities, bars, supermarkets, and the Biofera shopping center with stores of recognized brands such as H&M, Sara, Springfield, Mango, Pull & Bear, Stradivarius, etc.
Our establishment is small, we offer 18 one-bedroom apartments and 3 two-bedroom apartments, all independent. Our guests highlight how spacious and clean our apartments are.
We offer our guests a professional and attentive service. Our challenge is to satisfy the expectations of all our clients, making your stay in Lanzarote an unforgettable vacation.
If you want to rest in a very quiet and relaxed place, this is your place; our guests highly value the silence and peace of the place.
Our charming pool is not suitable for children.
Some of our most appreciated services by our clients are: FREE Wi-Fi in all the establishment, swimming pool with outdoor solarium and independent terraces in the apartments.
With the purpose of presenting an advance tour, we present several impressions of our facilities, in their entirety the images are original, they have only been processed by optimization software that improve lighting and color.

Very helpful and friendly . Close to both old and new town . Suits our needs but if you like pool bar and loud entertainment I wouldnât recommend but personally it suits me . Always beds by the pool and apartments are clean and spacious.

We stay here every visit to lanzarote and love our stays staff are lovely and nothing is any trouble .
Definitely 100%English channels on television only 1 channel can be got and its Xmas movies before we used to get news channels and other different channels . This is the only thing we struggle with

The apartments are a small block which are nice and quiet. The balconies and pool all face towards the sea giving good views and sun for most of the day. They are in a great location for access to both the old town and the main strip and beaches. Reception was very helpful in sorting taxis and always very polite. Maintenance were painting the next apartment when unoccupied to keep the place looking good.
There were some long hairs in the bathroom and on the balcony from the previous occupants and there was noise from the plumbing through the kitchen plug hole when adjacent apartment had showers, other than that all was good.

We had a nice, spacious appartment at the top Floor. With a nice seaview. At the front side, where the balconies are situated, is a queiet deadend street. But the backside, where the bedroom is situated, is at a very bussy street. There is also a gasstation thatâs open 24 braak day.
When booking, make clear which topfloor appartments have a large terrace and which have a balcony.

The location is very good, close to Old Town and shops. Also not far front the strip. Great views from our apartment No 33. Nice staff who a very friendly and helpful.
Small things, replace the light shade on the bedside lamp as existing has a hole in it. New shower head would be nice. A standard lamp at the side of the couch in the living room to allow gentle lighting in the evenings instead of using ceiling light.

We have stayed at Vista Mar many times and have always found it a great place to stay. The rooms are always spotless thanks to the hard working cleaners. The pool is cleaned regularly. The WIFi is included and is excellent. Very convenient to the beach and restaurants. Overall excellent.
As the reception closes quite early I suggest texting customers with the gate code and informing them about where to get their keys and room number before they arrive.

Vista Mar is ideally located and very well maintained. These excellent apartments provide a first class base in Puerto Del Carmen. This was our 6th visit and we were in Room 26 again, superb, very clean and serviced regularly. What a lovely balcony. As we always have a hire car parking is not a problem.
Difficult to improve on perfection. The sun beds are a little hard but that’s the only fault I could find. We love Vista Mar.

La limpieza, la tranquilidad y las instalaciones. Estuvimos muy bien los 10 dias q estuvimos. Se podía aparcar bien. La cocina y la nevera suficiente para los desayunos y cenas q hacíamos siempre en el apartamento. El lugar es tranquilo y pudimos disfrutar también de la piscina algunos dias q no salimos. Y el que repasaran todos los días la limpieza del apartamento y sacaran la basura, sin molestar el descanso. Por las mañanas no saliamos antes de las 11, y nunca nos despertaron para el repaso de la limpieza, pero siempre estaba limpio cuando volviamos. Todos esos detalles suman para hacer una estancia fantastica y querer repetir.
Hay pequeñas hormigas en el apartamento en la zona de la cocina y de la barra. Pudimos irlas solventando con un insecticida que compramos y no fue mayor drama. Por otra parte, los colchones para nuestro gusto son bastante blandos.

I like that it is well run, convenient location, very comfortable beds and not too big

The Location was excellent just down from the Bio centre.

The pool was very refreshing and the staff were very friendly
The bathroom door handle was loose and kept coming off and the freezer door didn't close but other than that was an excellent stay will be back

Location great. Alina, receptionist very helpful
The only criticism is that we paid for top floor with sunbeds but our balcony was too small to fit them. Alina brought one sunbed up when we arrived but it was a tight fit.

Cleaning lady was friendly and left our room spotless.We liked everything about Vista Mar,it a very well maintained complex,in a good position between old town and strip, Spar supermarket across road and local bars and resturants close by.
Only thing to improve our stay would have been a parasol for balcony.

Our reception is open daily from 09:00 to 16:00, Monday through Sunday. Please note that the official check-in time for your accommodation is from 15:00, and check-out must be completed before 11 a.m.
We offer free WiFi in all our apartments and common areas. The password will be provided at check-in.
